Payable after journal acceptance for coordination, formatting, and submission till publication.
Submission Process:
- Author uploads paper via the conference registration link.
- Our subject experts review the paper for plagiarism, linguistic quality, and technical standards.
- A suitable journal is identified based on the paper's subject and title.
- The journal details are sent to the author for verification and approval.
- Upon receiving author's acknowledgement, the paper is formatted and submitted to the journal.
- A unique IAAR Forum email ID is created for the author to manage all journal communication.
- Once the acceptance email is received from the journal, it is forwarded to the author.
- Author pays the required APC (to the journal) and Publication Support Fee (to Team Vedant).
- After payment confirmation, we give the final acknowledgement to the journal for publication.
Important Notes:
- The ₹ 2,000 Paper Review Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee is to be paid once the paper is uploaded in the conference portal.
- Papers go to regular issues only (not special issues).
- Minor revision support is included within the Publication Support Fee.
- Payment to Team Vedant must be completed within 7 days of notification.
- Authors limited to one Main Author + two Co-Authors. If more than three authors, please contact us for approval after accepting required terms.
- Team Vedant acts as a publication support facilitator, ensuring ethical and transparent submission.
