Abstract Submission Guidelines - Must Read
1. Prepare Your Abstract File
Submit a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file containing:

Authors’ Details: Full names, designations, email addresses, contact numbers, and ORCID iD (if available)

Abstract

Keywords (3–6)

Results or key metrics, if available
Abstract length: 150–300 words
File naming format: FirstAuthor_LastName_Abstract.docx
2. Fill in the Submission Form
Complete all required fields on this page and upload your abstract file.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
3. Journal Recommendation Process
Our editorial team will:

Review your title, abstract, and keywords

Identify suitable journals indexed in SCOPUS, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase (based on your preference)

Send the recommended journal details to your registered email within 5–7 working days
4. Full Paper Submission
Once you receive the journal recommendation:

You will be asked to prepare the full paper

Detailed full-paper formatting guidelines will be provided based on the selected journal’s requirements

If the journal has Article Processing Charges (APCs), we will inform you clearly before you proceed
5. Policies & Requirements
Originality: Submitted abstracts must be original and free from plagiarism.
Ethical Compliance: For studies involving human or animal subjects, authors must ensure that appropriate ethical approvals were obtained.

Publication Support Fee
(Applicable only for journals indexed in SCOPUS, Web of Science, and PubMed)

A Publication Support Fee of Rs. 20,000 is payable to Vedant Knowledge Systems Pvt. Ltd. only after your paper is accepted by the selected journal.

How many authors are allowed?
- You may include any number of authors and co-authors in your abstract.
- Upon shortlisting a suitable journal, Team Vedant will provide you with the journal’s specific guidelines regarding the maximum number of authors and co-authors allowed.
Timeline for Paper Publications
