MAEER’s MIT Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Alandi (D), Pune, established in 2007, is an autonomous college affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. The School of Management at Avantika University Ujjain and MAEER’s MIT ACS College, Alandi, Pune are proud to host the first international conference on “Driving Sustainability: Innovation, Impact and Inclusion – Innovating Today for Sustainable Tomorrow’.

Call for Papers

Authors are invited to submit their original and unpublished manuscripts based on empirical research, experiences, reviews, promising ideas, case studies that demonstrate research focusing on main theme and sub themes of the International Conference mentioned above.

Guidelines for Research Paper Submission

Paper Structure & Formatting:

· The paper should be written in English and formatted in APA style.
· Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 pt, Spacing: 1.5, Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
· The paper should be 5,000-6,000 words (including references, tables, and figures).
· Title Page: Must include the paper title, author(s) name(s), affiliation, email, and contact details.
· Abstract: Should be between 250-300 words, including keywords (3-5 keywords).
· Sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Objectives, Research Methodology, Findings & Discussion, Conclusion & Recommendations, References etc.


Originality & Plagiarism Policy:

· Papers must be original and unpublished.
· Plagiarism should be less than 10% as per standard plagiarism detection software.
· Authors must ensure proper citation of sources to maintain academic integrity.


Review & Acceptance:

· All submitted papers will undergo double-blind peer review by an expert committee.
· Authors will receive notification of acceptance/revision in the paper.


Publication Opportunity

All submitted abstracts and papers will undergo a blind peer review process, and accepted conference papers will be published as a book chapter in a book bearing an ISBN number by a reputed publisher.
