Built to reduce uncertainty

Two ways to participate.

Join an approved open project, or bring your own research idea. Author-posted projects are reviewed by Team Vedant before they become publicly available.

◎

Join an open project

Review the full project first, see which expertise is already covered, then choose an available contribution area that suits your profile.

+

Propose your own project

After profile completion, submit your paper title, indexing preference, target classification, journal suggestion and the expertise you need from other contributors.

Before you participate

A few clear answers.

Is Author Connect registration free?

Yes. Creating an author profile has no platform registration fee. A separate project registration fee applies only when you decide to join an approved project, and the complete fee is shown before you proceed.

Can an author post a research project?

Yes. A registered author with a completed profile can propose a project. The proposal is not immediately made public. Team Vedant reviews the proposed title, indexing preference, journal target, contributor requirements and project structure before approving the listing.

Who decides the project registration fee?

Team Vedant confirms the project registration fee during project review. This prevents inconsistent or unverified pricing in public listings. The approved fee is visible to contributors before they join.

How many contributors can join a paper?

Each project may have up to eight contributors in this prototype. The project card shows the planned capacity, current contributors and remaining spaces. A project can use fewer contributors when appropriate.

Can I see what other contributors are doing?

Yes. Each project displays the contributor name and selected contribution area, such as subject expertise, literature review, methodology, data analysis, interpretation or research writing. This helps avoid duplicated roles before you join.

Does the indexing target guarantee publication?

No. An approved project may target a suitable Scopus or Web of Science journal, but editorial decisions and peer review remain with the journal. Team Vedant manages the agreed publication-support process; it does not control journal acceptance.
