Who can be a Session Chair?

How much time do I have to alot?

4 hours to 6 hours of time will be required.

How will I get conference papers?

A Google Drive folder containing Microsoft Word documents of the conference papers will be shared with you.

Technical Details to Review Papers

A Pre-Recorded review of conference papers is to be done.

Following is an ideal video format that we are expecting:

  1. Centered Face: Position your face in the center of the frame.
  2. Quiet Environment: Record in a quiet space to avoid background noise.
  3. Good Video Quality: Use a high-quality camera or smartphone.
  4. Separate Videos: Record each participant's review as a separate video file.
  5. On the day of conference all the videos will be played on our Facebook and YouTube Pages. (No need to join Zoom or Google Meet Link)

Where should I upload conference video reviews?

You will need to submit your conference paper review in the same Google Drive folder you received from us.

Certificate of Gratitude

Once the conference concludes, we will provide you with an e-certificate as a token of gratitude for your efforts.
