Accepted papers will be published in Peer Reviewed International Journal. Selected and/or best papers may be extended for WoS Indexed journal special issues. The publication fees and options are given below:

 

Papers are expected to be within the 6–10 pages range. Authors should clearly identify the problem, their contributions, and justification with respect to the state-of-the-art works. The Conference Committee would like to review papers that develop, argue, and provide results. A detail guideline is given on conference web page.

Based on the roles and responsibilities outlined for the session chair of the International Conference on Viksit Bharat@2047, here’s a structured approach to fulfilling these duties:

1. Reviewing Papers/Articles/Essays:

  • Thorough Evaluation: Carefully read and assess each paper, article, or essay forwarded by the conference organizer. Take note of key points, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Organize Feedback: Prepare structured feedback that highlights both the merits and suggestions for each submission.

2. Recording Videos:

  • Video Setup:
    • Landscape Mode: Ensure the camera is set to landscape mode (horizontal orientation) for a professional look.
    • Sound Quality: Use a good-quality microphone or recording device to ensure clear and audible sound. Minimize background noise by recording in a quiet environment.
    • Background: Choose a clean, professional, and non-distracting background for the video. Make sure it is well-lit.
  • Content of the Video:
    • Structure: For each video, start with a brief introduction of the paper/article/essay being reviewed, followed by the feedback and suggestions.
    • Length: Keep each video concise, with a maximum length of 3 minutes.
    • Single Video for Suggestions: Record all feedback and suggestions for multiple papers/articles/essays in a single video.
  • Technical Aspects:
    • Visual and Audio Checks: Before finalizing, review the video to ensure that both the audio and video quality meet the required standards. Check for clarity and readability.

3. Submitting the Pre-Recorded Video:

  • Deadline Compliance: Submit the completed video on or before the specified deadline. Ensure that the file format and submission method adhere to the conference’s guidelines.

4. Day of the Conference:

  • Video Presentation: On the day of the conference, your pre-recorded video will be played on the Facebook account of Vedant Knowledge Systems. Ensure that you have tested the video playback, if possible, to avoid technical issues during the conference.

Additional Tips:

  • Planning Ahead: Allocate sufficient time for reviewing papers and recording videos to avoid last-minute rush.
  • Feedback Clarity: Provide clear, constructive, and respectful feedback that will be useful to the authors.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarize yourself with any video recording and editing tools you might use to ensure a smooth recording process.
